Shamael of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace

The praises of the Messenger of God (PBUH) are an art in which people, old and new, have written many books. It was one of the purposes of hadith books that are primarily concerned with the practical conditions of the Messenger (PBUH). In worship and dealings, as it is the good example that we follow, and that is why we see them singling out the hadith about its Shama’il in separate books, including Ibn Katheer, whose reliance was on the book of Shama’il Al-Tirmidhi, then he added to it what was mentioned in the books of Sahih and Musnad, which the scholar and the jurist cannot do without. What Ibn Katheer mentioned in this book is the most complete that can be collected for this purpose. He did not leave an aspect of what was mentioned in the books of hadith on the merits of the Messenger (PBUH) except that he mentioned it, and arranged it, so he combined the effort with the accuracy and goodness of the arrangement.
